This hardy yet gentle looking indoor plant has long wispy leaves and tolerates abuse and neglect well. It prefers a brightly lit indoor space with moderate to low watering. Spider plants put out long runners that frequently bloom with beautiful small white flowers. After reaching a certain length, the runners will attempt to put down new plants called spiderettes, which can be potted and separated from the mother plant.
